Corporate Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at Metro Roofing Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct performance reviews and determine strategic planning related to new product lines.
  • Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales and lead the sales team in building relationships with business clients.
  • Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail establishments.
  • Recruit, organize, train, and manage staff to ensure the highest level of customer service.
  • Provide customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in sales management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
