Corporate Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at Metro Roofing Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure sales team members are meeting their targets and providing feedback for improvement.
  • Determine strategic planning related to new product lines to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts to achieve sales targets.
  • Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail establishments to ensure effective sales strategies.
  • Recruit, organize, train and manage staff to ensure a high-performing sales team.
  • Provide customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in sales management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
