Corporate Sales Manager Job Description

Metro Roofing Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Sales Manager to lead our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct performance reviews to assess sales team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Determine strategic planning related to new product lines to drive business growth.
  • Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts to drive revenue growth.
  • Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail establishments to achieve sales targets.
  • Recruit, organize, train, and manage staff to ensure a high-performing sales team.
  • Provide customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
