Indigenous Peoples Relations Manager

About the RoleThe Employee Relations Manager will be responsible for investigating and finalizing medium to high-risk cases related to Indigenous Peoples, ensuring compliance with governing regulations, Bank policies, and processes. This role will also involve providing value-added advice and coaching on employment-related issues to employees, People Managers, and HR Business Partners.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate and finalize medium to high-risk cases related to Indigenous Peoples
- Provide value-added advice and coaching on employment-related issues
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to plan the end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives
- Identify trends and provide insights to Senior Leadership and HR Business Partners
- Promote and support a seamless and consistent experience for employees and People Managers with ER/LR issues and concerns
