About the Role

Amanat Architect Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Architectural Draftsperson to join our team. As an Architectural Draftsperson, you will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and designs for various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Drafting: Prepare detailed engineering designs and drawings for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Blueprint Analysis: Read and interpret blueprints to determine work requirements and ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train junior drafting personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion.
  • Design Development: Develop and prepare design sketches, construction specifications, and cost estimates for projects.
  • Documentation: Prepare and complete documentation packages and drawing sets for submission to clients and regulatory bodies.
  • Quality Control: Examine drawings for conformity and errors, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Collaboration: Consult with clients, engineers, and production specialists to establish product requirements and ensure project success.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in architectural drafting or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk REVIT, with excellent drawing and design skills.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
