The Role

As the strategic Senior Director of Product, you will guide the product team in creating high-quality, innovative CRM solutions that align with our organizational objectives and customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a diverse product team to achieve strategic goals.
  2. Articulate and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that fosters the growth of our no-code platform.
  3. Oversee the complete product lifecycle, from ideation and development through to launch and ongoing enhancement.
  4. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and maintain our platform's leadership in the market.
  5. Implement and refine processes, tools, and methodologies to boost productivity and product quality.
  6. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success and promote continuous improvement.
  7. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
  8. Manage product budgets to optimize resource allocation and meet financial objectives without compromising quality.

Qualifications:

  1. Extensive experience in a senior product leadership role, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
  2. Demonstrated ability to lead and cultivate diverse teams with a focus on innovation and excellence.
  3. Comprehensive understanding of product development processes, UX/UI design principles, and quality assurance best practices.
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
  5. Proactively seek opportunities to influence beyond the scope of product management.
  6. Strategic thinker with a proven track record of aligning product roadmaps with organizational goals and market dynamics.
  7. Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and product success measurement.
