About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Residential Property Manager to join our team at King Condo Management Inc. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Administration: Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance and repairs.
  • Property Coordination: Coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovations to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Trouble Shooting: Respond promptly to trouble calls from clients or tenants, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage digital databases to track property information, client interactions, and maintenance schedules.
  • Communication: Answer electronic enquiries and perform data entry to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, organized, team player, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
