Join Our Team as a Farm Worker

Greatland Farms LTD. is seeking dedicated individuals for the position of Farm Worker. This role is essential in maintaining the productivity and efficiency of our agricultural operations.

  • Education Requirements: No formal education required
  • Experience Level: 1 to less than 7 months preferred
Key Responsibilities
  • Clearing agricultural fields of debris and stones
  • Cleaning and maintaining greenhouse facilities
  • Preparing and mixing fertilizers
  • Planting, nurturing, and irrigating various crops
  • Weeding and applying treatments to crops
  • Harvesting produce
  • Adhering to farm safety protocols
  • Maintaining and servicing farm equipment
  • Overseeing the work of general farm laborers
  • Training new staff members
  • Carrying out general farming tasks
  • Hand harvesting of vegetables
  • Seed preparation and cutting

Employment Type: Permanent position
