We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at Burrard Animal Hospital and Emergency Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, managing department operations, and supervising office and volunteer staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate administrative services, including collecting and recording fees, preparing reports, and maintaining inventory.
  • Manage the operations of a department providing a single administrative service or several services.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
