Job Title: Omni-Channel Fulfillment Team Leader

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a highly organized and driven leader to support our constantly evolving business through our omni-channel store and e-commerce operations.

As an omni-channel retailer, we are in the business of helping customers seamlessly find what they need across our brick and mortar stores and online at LondonDrugs.com. This fast-paced position will involve both working on a team and independently to ensure that online orders placed through LondonDrugs.com are picked from our shelves quickly and accurately, to be packaged and ready for delivery or customer pickup before the deadline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized and able to multitask effectively
  • Good communication skills when dealing with customers and within a team environment
  • Creative and strategic problem-solving skills combined with sound judgment
  • Strong Leadership skills
  • Previous retail experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Entry level computer skills
  • Supervisory experience would be considered an asset
