Job Summary

The Omni-Channel Fulfillment Team Leader is a key role in supporting the growth and success of London Drugs' e-commerce operations. This position requires a highly driven, dynamic, and organized leader to oversee the efficient and accurate processing of online orders, ensuring seamless customer experiences across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of fulfillment specialists to achieve high levels of productivity and accuracy in order processing and shipping.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, marketing, and logistics, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and logistics to ensure London Drugs remains competitive and innovative.

Requirements
