Omni-Channel Fulfillment Team Leader

This role requires a highly motivated and organized leader to support our dynamic business through our omni-channel store & e-commerce operations. As an omni-channel retailer, we strive to provide seamless customer experiences across our brick & mortar stores and online platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that online orders are picked, packaged, and ready for delivery or customer pickup before the deadline. This fast-paced position involves working on a team and independently to drive efficiency and accuracy in our logistics operations.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-driven individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of logistics professionals to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • Previous retail or logistics experience; supervisory experience an asset
