Job Summary

We are seeking a highly driven and organized leader to support our omni-channel store and e-commerce operations as an Omni-Channel Fulfillment Team Leader. This position requires a dynamic and results-driven individual to ensure seamless customer experiences across our brick-and-mortar stores and online platform, LondonDrugs.com.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to ensure efficient order picking, packaging, and delivery or customer pickup of online orders.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to customers through various communication channels.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Previous retail or e-commerce experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
