Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination

Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Budget Management

Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial reporting.

Quality Control

Establish and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Communication and Collaboration

Effectively communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements
  • Education

College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field, such as construction management or a related discipline.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a construction project coordination or management role.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk REVIT, with experience in project management software and tools.
