Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at Harbridge and Cross Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors' activities, planning and organizing daily operations, and preparing and submitting construction project budget estimates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination
    • Coordinate subcontractors' activities to ensure timely completion of projects
    • Develop and implement project schedules and timelines
  • Operations Management
    • Plan and organize daily operations to maximize efficiency and productivity
    • Monitor and control project expenses to ensure budget compliance
  • Financial Management
    • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
    • Monitor and analyze project financial performance
  • Human Resources
    • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers as needed
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
  • Contract Management
    • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Procurement
    • Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions
    • Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness
  • Quality Control
    • Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure high-quality project delivery
    • Monitor and analyze project quality performance
  • Work Environment
    • Work Term: Permanent
    • Work Language: English
    • Hours: 35 hours per week
