About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at Eco House Production. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Budgeting and Estimating

Develop and submit accurate and detailed construction project budget estimates, taking into account all relevant costs and expenses.

Project Scheduling and Monitoring

Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Quality Control and Assurance

Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control, ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Budget Management

Plan and manage budgets for construction projects, ensuring that all expenses are tracked and reported accurately.

Quality Control Programs

Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure that all projects meet the required standards of quality and safety.

Reporting and Communication

Prepare regular reports on project progress, highlighting any issues or concerns that need to be addressed.

Requirements
  • Education

A degree in a relevant field such as construction management, engineering, or a related field.

Computer and Technology Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk REVIT, with experience in using project management software.

Area of Specialization

Project management, with a focus on construction and budgeting.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high levels of pressure.

Personal Suitability

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a construction project coordination role, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
