The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Software Engineer to join our full stack engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our codebases across both React Native and Node. Your expertise in building scalable and high-performance applications will directly contribute to the success of our platform as you direct a team of full stack engineers.

You will stay up-to-date on new technologies and trends, conduct thorough research and evaluation to ensure that the system remains at the forefront of the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web & mobile applications using ReactJS & React Native.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and Backend Engineering, to deliver high-impact features and improvements.
  • Drive the technical vision and direction of the company's Onchain applications by participating in architectural decisions and technology evaluations.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical challenges across multiple domains and technology stacks.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and engineering standards to ensure the highest quality of code.
  • Mentor and guide junior and senior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our mobile applications remain current and competitive.
  • Shape major open source initiatives, driving innovation and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on web and mobile applications.
  • Deep understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and expertise with ReactJS & React Native frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of iOS and Android SDKs, as well as experience with native development (Objective-C/Swift/Java/Kotlin).
  • Hands-on experience in blockchain or web3 applications, familiar with EVM and contract interaction details.
  • Experience with API design, security, and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with modern build pipelines and tooling and testing frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices and principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 10+ years of full-time engineering experience within a large technology organization or fast growing startup.
  • Experience in leading or managing engineering teams.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or published technical articles.
