As an Auto Claims Advisor, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our clients during their time of need. Your role will involve delivering exceptional customer service by guiding them through the claims process, conducting thorough investigations, and determining the most appropriate course of action.
To effectively support our customers, you must be prepared to work on a rotating shift schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:- Assist clients in navigating the claims process by investigating their auto collision claims and addressing their needs.
- Adhere to company and industry regulations, implementing best practices and taking ownership of customer outcomes.
- Operate independently in a digital workspace.
- Engage in continuous training to stay informed about the latest claims handling best practices.
- Contribute to special projects and provide insights to enhance Aviva's commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Experience in customer service (e.g., retail, hospitality).
- Bilingualism is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital environments and online tasks.
- A genuine curiosity and proactive approach to improving processes for a positive customer experience.
- Ability to integrate into and positively contribute to our organizational culture and values.
