Stampede Meat North Inc. is a leading provider of custom protein solutions, and we are seeking a skilled Packaging Associate to join our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to assist in the packaging and labeling of our meat products. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our products, while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Package meat products into various containers, including vacuum film and boxes
  • Verify the weight of meat or vegetable products by weighing them on a scale
  • Apply labels to packages and ensure package integrity
  • Sort product and assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the production team
Requirements:
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and basic mathematical skills
  • Able to work in a cool environment (2-4°C) and comply with strict sanitation processes and safety procedures
  • Able to stand for long stretches during shift times and assist with general cleanup and other tasks as assigned

  • Starting wage of $17.55 per hour
  • Stable full-time employment with no rotational shifts
  • Weekly pay by direct deposit and comprehensive benefits package after 6 months of employment
