At Stampede Culinary Partners, we are seeking a skilled Packaging Associate to join our team. As a Packaging Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our meat products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Move meat products from conveyor belts into various packaging, including vacuum film and boxes.
  • Portion diced meat by weighing and packaging it into bags or trays.
  • Move meat products with carts or pans from one area to another.
  • Distribute meat with gloved hands from carts to conveyor belts.
  • Place meat into injectors, vacuum machines, or tumblers.
  • Verify the weight of meat or vegetable products on scales.
  • Take finished products, package them in bags, and seal them with hand sealer machines.
  • Sort products and ensure package integrity.
  • Apply labels to packages.
  • Demonstrate teamwork and follow directions.
  • Adhere to quality and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Able to work in a cool environment.
  • Ability to comply with sanitation processes and safety procedures.
  • Able to stand for long stretches during shifts.
  • Able to help with general cleanup and other tasks as assigned.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Team Player.
