Job Title: Human Resources Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Publicis Media. As a key member of our People Partnering team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional people experiences across the entire employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement key people strategy initiatives and projects to support business goals and objectives
  • Provide professional, business-focused, day-to-day people & culture services, including performance management, grievance resolution, recruitment coordination, and salary review advice
  • Support the Director in preparing and delivering talent mapping and succession planning sessions with Leadership teams
  • Act as the agency point of contact for new starters and oversee the on-boarding process
  • Drive specific culture/DE&I initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive culture supporting retention and employee engagement

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a Human Resources role, ideally in a multi-site, matrix organization
  • Experience across the whole employee lifecycle, including recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, manager development, remuneration, and benefits
  • Intermediate working knowledge of employment law, including the Employment Standards Act, with the ability to apply this knowledge in workplace situations
  • Knowledge of visas and immigration (desirable)
