We are a reputable nail salon seeking a skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team. As a Nail Salon Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nail salon, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule and Coordinate Work
Plan and coordinate the work schedules of our nail technicians to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
Maintenance and RepairArrange for regular maintenance and repair of our nail equipment and machinery to ensure they are in good working condition.
Quality ControlMonitor and maintain high standards of quality in our nail services, ensuring that all work meets our quality control standards.
Staff SupervisionSupervise and train our nail technicians in their job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
Client FocusEnsure that our clients receive exceptional customer service, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
ExperienceAt least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Personal QualitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our team and clients.
LanguageFluent in English.
