Job Title: IT Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at SkySail Technologies. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to improve client satisfaction and reduce support requests
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT administration and/or technical support
  • Strong knowledge of IT and telecommunications infrastructure, hardware and software applications
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of server and workstation operating systems
  • Demonstrated experience with web and internet technologies
  • Microsoft Azure/Endpoint Manager environment experience a plus
