About the Role

As a key member of the interdisciplinary care team, the Clinical Pharmacist will work under the guidance of the Clinical Pharmacy Manager to deliver exceptional pharmaceutical care to both inpatients and outpatients. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in medication monitoring and management for patients.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
  • Eligibility for registration with the relevant pharmacy regulatory body.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Completion of a hospital pharmacy residency or equivalent experience in a clinical setting.
  • Strong knowledge of medication safety and therapeutics.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience working within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
