Pharmacist/Relief Pharmacist

Job Summary: We are seeking a Relief Pharmacist to provide pharmacy services and support to customers, medical practitioners, and other retail pharmacies. The successful candidate will work within assigned territory, achieving excellence in patient-focused care, customer service, workflow efficiencies, and professional clinical services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide pharmacy services and support to customers and medical practitioners
  • Work within assigned territory to achieve excellence in patient-focused care, customer service, and workflow efficiencies
  • Provide clinical services, including medication reviews and health risk assessments
  • Initiate care plans, follow up, and document patient information
  • Coach pharmacy students and pharmacy assistants
  • Provide patient counselling for new therapy and determine patient understanding

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution
  • Licensed Pharmacist in the province of responsibility
  • Previous experience in a retail and/or retail pharmacy setting preferred
