Job Summary:

The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive and customer-focused individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients. Tailor sales pitches to meet the specific needs and interests of each customer.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize revenue growth.
  • Market and Product Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services.
  • Customer Service: Provide post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma
