We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Organizational Change Management Analyst to join our team at Intact Financial Corporation.
Job Summary
The Senior Organizational Change Management Analyst will play a key role in ensuring employees have a seamless and positive end-user experience resulting from an IT technology change or product deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide organizational change management expertise to support IT project managers and business sponsors ensuring a positive end-user experience.
- Engage with IT project teams, executive leadership, operational support, and other cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with IT teams, Project Management Office, HR, Facilities, Security, Corporate Communications, and IT VPs to ensure transparency of the change and business impact.
- Lead and take ownership of OCM activities using the OCM framework, which includes stakeholder analysis, change management strategy, change impact assessment and analysis, communication, knowledge, and training plans, user adoption tracking, and sustainment plans.
- Manage the intake channels for OCM requests related to projects and initiatives and onboard the required IT Services teams.
- Engage in the IT project lifecycle by supporting all project phases related to the change management journey.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience as an Operational Change Management Analyst within an IT environment (Prosci or other Change Management certification an asset).
- Strong relationships with internal stakeholders and ability to work with all levels from individual contributor to executive and from different areas of the business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects with minimal oversight and quickly adapt in a fast-paced working environment.
- Proficiency in the MSOffice suite and SharePoint.
- Experience in end-user content development (documentation, training, presentations, etc.).
- Ability to work with diverse cultures and in a hybrid environment.
- For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
- No Canadian work experience required, however, must be eligible to work in Canada.
