At Irving Oil Ltd., we're seeking a highly skilled Organizational Effectiveness Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Organizational Effectiveness team, you'll play a vital role in supporting projects related to planning, developing, delivering, and evaluating organizational effectiveness activities throughout the organization.
What You'll Do:
- Collect and analyze data to inform OE projects, ensuring accurate and timely insights.
- Conduct research on best practices in various subjects, compiling results into comprehensive reports for the OE team.
- Collaborate with OE Specialists to complete activities, including stakeholder analysis, document creation, data management, and plan updates.
- Participate in project meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate efforts with HR Business Partners, Communications, and Training teams to deliver and execute organizational effectiveness and change projects.
- Take ownership of small OE initiatives, providing support to Senior OE Specialists or Senior Managers on medium to large-scale projects.
