The role involves direct collaboration with Branch Managers, Technicians, and Support Services to ensure that customer satisfaction is consistently achieved. Responsibilities include managing new contracts, providing support for client portals, distributing invoices, and addressing any inquiries or concerns related to billing or account modifications. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, demonstrate self-management skills, troubleshoot independently, and foster positive relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence from both residential and commercial clients regarding service requests, scheduling, and billing inquiries, transforming quality service into revenue opportunities.
- Provide potential Home Inspection leads to qualifying customers.
- Assess the needs of existing and prospective clients, recommending products to facilitate sales and drive revenue.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact by utilizing all available resources.
- Build and maintain ongoing relationships with customers.
- Possess a general understanding of the organization’s offerings and services.
- Exhibit excellent verbal communication skills, capable of overcoming objections and de-escalating challenging situations.
- Utilize computerized systems for identifying customer needs, tracking interactions, and troubleshooting.
- Initiate outbound calls for various customer service campaigns.
- Respond to after-hours calls and messages from the answering service.
- Follow up on inquiries submitted through web forms.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a dynamic professional setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Google Suite applications such as Google Docs, Drive, Gmail, and Calendar.
- Able to learn and navigate multiple software systems.
- Experience with Vendor Portals is advantageous.
- Strong proofreading skills.
- Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exhibit tact and diplomacy in interactions with others.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, punctuality, and professionalism.
Education:
- High School Diploma is required.
- Preferred: College Diploma or University Degree in business, administration, or accounting, or equivalent experience.
