Position Overview
The Retail Sales Strategist will play a crucial role in driving growth through effective sales forecasting, inventory oversight, and product assortment planning to meet financial objectives.
- Develop seasonal financial sales targets, gross margin goals, and comprehensive sales strategies;
- Design and implement assortment strategies aligned with the overarching corporate vision;
- Work closely with the purchasing team to ensure product selections support the sales objectives;
- Regularly manage and revise the Open-to-Buy (OTB) on a bi-weekly schedule;
- Perform essential business analyses to support the achievement of organizational goals;
- Adjust forecasts based on current market performance and provide insights to senior management;
- Create detailed reports to facilitate informed strategic business decisions.
