About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Ultra-Tech Cleaning Systems Ltd. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities, ensuring that they are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Cleaning Staff: Oversee the daily activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the cleaning needs of our facilities.
  • Inspect Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to ensure that they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify and recommend additional services required to maintain our facilities, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist Cleaners: Assist our cleaning staff in performing their duties, as needed.
  • Coordinate Work Activities: Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure that cleaning operations are integrated with other facility management activities.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules for our cleaning staff.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the cleaning industry.
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, such as bending and lifting.
