About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at DC Cleaning Team Ltd. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning team, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and that our team members are working efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed to a high standard and that team members are working safely and efficiently.
  • Client Satisfaction: Inspect sites or facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety, and make recommendations for improvement as needed.
  • Operations Management: Prepare budgets and cost estimates, and recommend or arrange for additional services required to meet our clients' needs.
  • Training and Development: Hire and train or arrange for training of cleaning staff, and assist cleaners in performing their duties as needed.
  • Communication: Co-ordinate work activities with other departments, and establish work schedules to ensure that our team is working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the cleaning industry
  • Skills: Dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding, requiring standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and handling heavy loads
