About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Urban Life Cleaning Inc. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities

Lead and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.

Inspect Sites and Facilities

Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.

Recommend Additional Services

Identify and recommend additional services required to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Assist Cleaners in Performing Duties

Provide guidance and support to cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Work Environment

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. You will be required to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, crouching, and kneeling.

Requirements
  • Experience

At least 7 months of experience in a cleaning or facilities management role.

Education

No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.

Work Setting

Experience working in a cleaning service company is essential.

Security and Safety

A valid driver's license is required.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.

Personal Suitability
