About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at DC Cleaning Team Ltd. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning team, ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our cleaning standards are met and that our clients are satisfied with our services.
  • Budgeting: Prepare and manage budgets for cleaning projects, ensuring that costs are controlled and that our clients receive value for money.
  • Staff Development: Hire, train, and develop our cleaning staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our services.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the cleaning industry
  • Work Environment: Confined spaces, odours, dusty environments
  • Work Setting: Cleaning service company, relocation costs covered by employer
  • Physical Demands: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, physically demanding, manual dexterity, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, handling heavy loads
  • Personal Suitability: Dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, reliability
