Key Responsibilities:
The primary role of a Customer Service Representative is to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Representatives support customers throughout their shopping journey, promote loyalty programs, manage sales and returns, assist with online orders, align pricing, and provide support to team members.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Addressing customer inquiries and complaints both in-person and via phone
- Ensuring a safe work environment through regular safety checks, maintaining cleanliness, and preventing theft
- Performing additional tasks as necessary
Required Skills:
- Experience with computers and handheld devices
- Educational background in business, retail, or a related discipline
- Ability to identify customer needs and effectively promote products
- Experience in retail and cash handling
