Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Repair Facility Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experience and ensuring seamless communication with customers and insurance partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure consistent execution of our WOW plan to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using our Daily Demand Capacity Planner and ASE schedule.
- Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain necessary repair authorization documentation in a timely manner.
- Prepare RO work packets, including QC checklists, work orders, and parts lists.
- Record all communication with customers or insurance partners during the repair process.
- Confirm car rental information and update ASE with rental car usage information.
- Manage ARMS throughout the day to ensure accurate vehicle tracking.
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Preferred: 1 year in an auto body or similar work environment with previous customer service experience
