At Lehigh Hanson, we are looking for a dedicated and reliable Form Yard Worker to support our operational needs. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. Your daily tasks will involve a variety of responsibilities, allowing you to gain insights into the aggregate sector while providing coverage for different roles within our facility.

Operate mobile machinery on-site (e.g., forklift) Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas Maintain, construct, and lubricate concrete forms Prepare and manage form orders for dispatch Transport materials between storage and work areas Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations, along with company policies; assist in physical inspections of the facility.Qualifications
High school diploma or GED is required Previous experience in a mining environment is advantageous Familiarity with power tools such as routers, circular saws, and cordless drills Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting Capacity to work independently and safely without constant oversight Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn through on-the-job training Capability to work in various weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors Physically fit, able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs., and endure extended periods of sitting and standing, kneeling, climbing, and walking on uneven surfaces Flexibility to work extended hours, holidays, and/or overtime as needed-
