We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Form Yard Operator to contribute to our operational success. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment while supporting various plant functions. This position offers a diverse range of tasks each day, allowing you to gain valuable insights into the aggregate sector and fill in for different roles as needed.

Operate mobile machinery on site (e.g., forklift) Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas Clean, maintain, construct, and lubricate concrete forms Prepare form orders for dispatch Move materials to and from storage and workshop areas Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies; assist with inspections of the facility.Qualifications
High school diploma or GED is mandatory Previous experience in a mining environment is advantageous Familiarity with power tools such as routers, circular saws, and cordless drills Ability to work collaboratively within a productive team Capability to work safely and independently without constant oversight Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn through hands-on training Ability to work in varying weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors Physically fit, able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs., sit and stand for extended periods, kneel, climb ladders, and navigate uneven terrain Flexibility to work extended hours, holidays, and/or overtime as required-
