As a Sample Collection Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our on-site operations. This position is vital to the overall effectiveness of our organization and requires a high level of professionalism, precision, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment.
With a focus on workplace safety, DriverCheck has been a leader in medical testing and assessments since 1996, serving over 6,400 clients across various sectors, including transportation, oil & gas, mining, construction, healthcare, and forestry. We conduct over 250,000 medical evaluations each year, providing services such as alcohol and drug testing, occupational health assessments, fatigue management, and injury management programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform drug and alcohol collections in accordance with established protocols; Participate in after-hours collections on a rotating schedule; Manage phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and welcome clients; Foster positive customer relations; Organize and maintain documentation and workflow; Execute additional tasks as assigned.Qualifications:
High school diploma; Preferred: 6+ months of experience in a medical laboratory or technician role; Strong customer service and communication abilities; Attention to detail and accuracy; Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be necessary for regional travel.If you seek a workplace that is supportive, challenging, and safe, where your contributions are appreciated, this position may be a suitable fit for you.
