Job Title: Credit Bureau Collections Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Bureau Collections Specialist to join our team at Collectrite Credit Bureau Collections. As a key member of our collections team, you will be responsible for preparing financial statements and reports, tracing and locating debtors, and collecting payments from debtors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare Financial Statements and Reports: Accurately prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage.
  • Trace and Locate Debtors: Utilize research skills to locate and identify debtors, ensuring timely collection of payments.
  • Collect Payments from Debtors: Effectively communicate with debtors to negotiate payment arrangements and collect outstanding balances.
  • Research Records and Legal Documents: Conduct thorough research of records, court files, and other legal documents to support collection efforts.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Area of Work Experience: Collections, Financial Statements, Reports and Records, Civil Litigation.
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check, credit check, and reference required.
