  • Recruit and hire food service staff to build a skilled and dedicated team.
  • Ensure adherence to quality control standards for food and service to maintain a positive reputation and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions and optimize operations.
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef to ensure seamless communication and execution.
  • Create and manage work schedules to balance staff needs and business requirements.
