Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Presotea Westboro. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff
Lead and manage a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their job duties and responsibilities.
Train and Develop StaffDevelop and implement training programs to ensure that staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job duties effectively.
Estimate and Manage Food and SuppliesEstimate and manage food and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
Ensure Quality ControlMonitor and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
Maintain Records and ReportsPrepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other relevant data to inform business decisions.
Establish Work SchedulesDevelop and implement work schedules to ensure that staff are adequately staffed to meet customer demand.
Work EnvironmentAs a Food Service Supervisor at Presotea Westboro, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
