Job Title: Continuing Education Leadership Position
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Continuing Education Leadership Position. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for fostering a Catholic learning community, leading and collaborating with staff, and providing exceptional educational experiences for our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a Catholic learning community through leadership and collaboration
- Lead and manage a team of educators to provide high-quality educational programs
- Develop and implement educational strategies to improve student achievement
- Collaborate with staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Provide guidance and support to students, staff, and parents
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in education and implement innovative approaches to teaching and learning
Requirements:
- Ontario School Principal's Qualifications Parts I/II
- Minimum of one year of experience as a Principal
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work well in a team and motivate others
- Previous experience as a school administrator in a Continuing Education program is an asset
- Strategic problem-solving and systems thinking skills
- Knowledge of best practices in instructional strategies, assessment, and evaluation
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Elementary and/or Saturday/Summer/Night School
- Specialized training and strong working knowledge of G-Suite, D2L, and online video facilitation
- Strong humanitarian and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work well in a team and motivate others
- Expert knowledge of best practices in instructional strategies, student assessment, and evaluation
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
