Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to join our Global Implementation team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with customers across various segments to implement and drive the adoption of our global products.
As an Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless implementation experience for our clients. This includes partnering with clients to launch their Global all-in-one Employee Management Platform, providing global payroll expertise, and developing and documenting implementation processes and best practices.
We are looking for a creative problem-solver who can navigate multiple external stakeholders and deploy multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. If you have a proven track record in project management, HR, payroll, and finance domains, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities- Partner with clients to launch their Global all-in-one Employee Management Platform
- Provide global payroll expertise to customers and internal Rippling peers
- Develop and document implementation processes and best practices
- Deploy multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, Payroll, and Finance domains
- Proven project management experience
- 2+ years of experience in Implementation, Technical Account Management, or Customer Success at a fast-paced SaaS company
