Job Title: Office Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at Interprovincial Corrosion Control Company Limited. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
