Seasonal Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Pandora. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience, exceeding sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Build a genuine connection with our customers to exceed individual and store sales goals.
- Embody the store culture and shine as an extraordinary brand ambassador.
- Create an unforgettable shopping moment by displaying excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
- Craft loyal customers by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
- Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth and on-brand operation.
- Demonstrate a results-oriented sales approach.
- Develop a sense of care in your communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Show the ability to charm and captivate an audience with the capacity to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
- Be at least 18 years old and provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Embrace adventure and be flexible with a work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Pandora designs, manufactures, and markets hand-finished jewellery made from high-quality materials at affordable prices. Our jewellery is sold in over 100 countries through 6,000 points of sale, including more than 2,000 concept stores.
