About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chiropractic Office Assistant to join our team at Dr. Jamie Devassy Chiropractic Professional Corporation. As a key member of our office staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our chiropractors in their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist chiropractors with patient care and treatment programs, including setting up and dismantling equipment, cleaning and maintaining equipment, and positioning patients for treatments.
  • Process claims, manage supplies, and perform general clerical duties, including scheduling and confirming appointments, processing files and paperwork, and maintaining routine office functions.
  • Work closely with our chiropractors to provide excellent patient education and support, including assisting with physical examinations and maintaining accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including ordering supplies and equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in an urban area, in an office setting, and with a diverse patient population
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in office software
