Job Overview

Position Summary:

  • Provide assistance to clients regarding their insurance policies and claims inquiries
  • Enhance customer retention by promoting pet health insurance options to current clients
  • Work closely with internal departments to address customer questions about policy specifics and claims
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure follow-up for precise information
  • Partner with the Quality Assurance team to enhance service delivery and sales performance
  • Suggest and promote insurance policies to fulfill client needs and achieve sales objectives
  • Educate clients on various insurance products and services

Required Qualifications:

  • AMF Damage Insurance License, Level 1 or Level 2 is mandatory
  • Proficiency in both ENGLISH and FRENCH is essential
  • Completion of high school or equivalent educational experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Competence in using computer applications
  • Capability to identify sales opportunities within a contact center setting
  • General Insurance License, Level 1 or Level 2 for candidates outside of Quebec

Compensation Range: $42,400 - $78,100
