About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Construction Cleaner to join our team at 1164610 B.C. LTD. as a key member of our facilities maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweeping and Cleaning: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Waste Management: Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse, and empty trash cans and other waste containers.
  • Window and Surface Cleaning: Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to ensure a clean and well-maintained facility.
  • Winter Maintenance: Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas to ensure safe access to the facility.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Conditions: Work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Capabilities: Handle heavy loads and perform physically demanding tasks.
Personal Qualities and Experience
  • Flexibility and Initiative: Demonstrate flexibility and initiative in completing tasks and adapting to changing situations.
  • Organizational Skills: Possess strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Experience: Experience in a similar role is an asset.
