About the Role

Ashman Drywall & Renovations Ltd. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Construction Site Cleaner. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweeping and Cleaning: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
  • Waste Management: Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse from the construction site.
  • Trash and Recycling: Empty trash cans and other waste containers to maintain a clean and organized site.
  • Window and Surface Cleaning: Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to ensure a clean and well-maintained site.
  • Winter Maintenance: Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas to ensure safe access to the site.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced construction environment with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Work Schedule: Work 40 hours per week, with a regular schedule and opportunities for overtime.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
